WARRANTY

- Customer satisfaction is core to our philosophy at Brydge Global Pte Ltd ("Brydge Keyboards"). While we understand some customers may experience faulty keyboards, it is our focus to rectify any issues as quickly as possible.

- Brydge+ Polycarbonate keyboards (for iPad 2, 3 and 4) come with a 6 month warranty from original date of purchase.

- BrydgeMini, Brydge 7.9, Brydge 9.7 and Brydge 12.9 come with a 12 month warranty from original date of purchase.

- Warranty is only valid on purchases made from our online store www.brydgekeyboards.com, Official Brydge Amazon Store (Seller must be Brydge Technologies or Brydge Global) or an approved reseller.

- Warranty ceases where the original end user re-sells the product.

- There is no warranty or returns on other items sold on www.brydgekeyboards.com (cases / accessories etc).

- The warranty is void after the warranty period.

- Any keyboard that is deemed by Brydge Keyboards, in its absolute discretion, to be faulty within the warranty period will be replaced ONLY.  Customers seeking a replacement under the warranty must return the faulty keyboard to Brydge Keyboards within the warranty period.

- For a warranty to be processed, all customers must email support@brydgekeyboards.com within the warranty period and have their keyboard assessed and approved as a valid warranty replacement.  Our Customer Service Representative will walk you through a series of trouble shooting steps and will establish whether the keyboard meets the initial requirements for replacement under the warranty.

- Any keyboard that has any physical damage or damage caused by liquid will not be approved.

- Accidental damage, scratches, dings, dents or any shifting in the keys and or keyboard due to rough treatment or incorrect use of the keyboard is not covered and will void the warranty.

- Brydge Keyboards are only to be used with the tablet device specified on the packaging. Brydge Keyboards will not be responsible for any damage caused by use with a device other than the device specified on the packaging.

- Brydge Keyboards reserves the right to reject any warranty claim where it detects foul play.

- Brydge Keyboards offer FREE return shipping on any approved warranty claims.  A FREE shipping label will be provided to our US customers, all other customers will be reimbursed to a maximum of US$15 after providing a copy of the shipping receipt. The return must be sent back within 14 days from date the warranty claim was approved. 

- Customers not issued with a FREE return shipping label (outside of the US) must provide the relevant shipper and tracking information to support@brydgekeyboards.com for the return. Should the tracking information not be provided upon shipping the return, an additional US$9.95 may be payable.

- Brydge Keyboards will not be liable for any duties or charges associated with returning the keyboard.  The customer should clearly mark "returning unsuitable goods to sender" on the customs form and parcel itself.  We suggest using registered insured postage.

- Once a return has been received by our warehouse it can take between 5 to 10 working days for it to be processed.

- A replacement product assumes the remaining term of the warranty from the original date of purchase. Where a product is replaced, the replaced item becomes the property of Brydge Keyboards and any replacement item becomes your property.

- Brydge Keyboards disclaims all liability for any damage or malfunction caused to any separately purchased Apple® iPad and shall not be responsible under any implied or expressed warranty or guarantee in relation to any separately purchased Apple® iPad.

 

CHANGE OF MIND / RETURNS

Brydge Keyboards will process a refund for a change of mind on keyboards ONLY, and not accessories, if notified by email to support@brydgekeyboards.com within 30 days of delivery. Evidence of purchase, purchase date and delivery date will be required.


30-day return policy –

- Full refund for unused and un-opened product. Undamaged with keyboard still in 100% usable condition. A 7.5% restocking and processing fee applies to all returns and change of minds.

- Partial refund if product is visibly used/damaged, or needs repair. Refund amount at the descretion of Brydge quality assurance team, based on inspection of product.

- No refund if product is damaged / unusable.

- Restocking and processing fee 7.5% applies to returns and change of minds.


Holiday / Christmas return policy -

- If product was purchased as gift, between November 15 – December 15, Returns will be allowed through Jan 15.

- If product was purchased on or after December 15, please refer to our standard 30-day return policy.


- The returned keyboard must be in its original packaging as per when it was received by the customer.

- A refund will only be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse and is accepted by our team as a valid return.

- A returned keyboard will only be processed if support@brydgekeyboards.com are notified and an official RMA number be issued to the customer. The return must be sent back within 14 days of the RMA being issued. 

- Any return that does not have an RMA number will not be accepted.

- A return will not be accepted if:

          a) the box has been damaged

          b) the keyboard is damaged / altered in any way (shims changed etc)

- If a return is not accepted by our warehouse, the refund will not be processed.

- If a return is accepted, a refund will be processed less 7.5% of original transaction cost (refund transaction cost + warehouse processing fee).

- The customer must provide the shipper and relevant tracking information for the return. Should the shipping and tracking information not be provided to support@brydgekeyboards.com upon shipping the item, an additional US$9.95 will be charged.

- The customer should clearly mark "returning unsuitable goods to sender" on the customs form and parcel itself.  We suggest using registered insured postage.

- Once a return has been received by our warehouse it can take between 5 to 10 working days for it to be processed.

- Where a Change of Mind is accepted by Brydge Keyboards, a refund will take up to 10 working days from date of process to show up on the customer's credit card.

- Any refund that is requested before an order has been processed for shipping, the refund will be processed less a 6% transaction fee.

- Any credit note that is issued for a Color Change or Change of Layout will be processed less a 6% transaction fee.
